On Thursday, Feb 11, 2016, the Sheriff's Office broke ground on a new Law Enforcement Memorial. This memorial will be on the grounds of the SCSO, and will pay tribute to all Law Enforcement Officers who lost their lives in the line of duty in Spartanburg County. This memorial is being made possible by contributions of local businesses. The memorial is set to be unveiled on May 13, 2016 for National Law Enforcement Memorial Day.
