With 28 years of law enforcement experience, Major Leso currently helps facilitate the management and operations of the Spartanburg County Detention Center. His extensive background in the field has equipped him with the leadership and insight needed to support the facility’s mission and personnel.
He believes that leadership is not about personal recognition, but about serving the greater good. Guided by the principle that selfless service allows individuals and teams to reach their full potential, he remains committed to the well-being of both staff and those in custody.
Grounded in his faith, Major Leso values balance between work, family, and church. He has been married for 30 years and is the proud father of seven children.
