Alijah’s birthday was on November 14th, but this story begins a few months ago. While Deputy Brian Ouilhon was on duty, he was approached by Alijah’s sister, Annalei, who shared their family’s challenging year and her little brother’s admiration for law enforcement. Alijah, who dreams of becoming a law enforcement officer one day, inspired Deputy Ouilhon and Annalei to team up and plan a special surprise for his birthday.
