Warrant Deputies are responsible for the comprehensive, follow-up investigations of Active warrants, Bench warrants, Family court warrants, and General Session bench warrants within Spartanburg County. Warrant Deputies are responsible for identifying, apprehending, and assisting in the prosecution of criminal offenders. This unit consists of one Lieutenant, three Sergeants, and twelve warrant Deputies.
