The female victim and the suspects that were shot are currently being treated at a local hospital. Due to the current HIPPA laws were are not able to comment on their medical conditions. Sheriff Chuck Wright will hold a Press Conference this afternoon at 2:00 PM to discuss the details of this case further with the media. Sheriff Wright does want the public to know that everyone involved in this case has been indentified and is in custody. There is no danger to the community from these suspects.

During his 2:00 PM press conference this afternoon Sheriff Chuck Wright informed the public that two of the three suspects in an overnight robbery were in custody and his Investigators and Deputies were actively looking for the third suspect. Last night shortly before midnight two women arrived at a home on Draymont Drive. As they were getting out of their vehicle they were suddenly approached by two males armed with handguns. The suspects had observed the two women withdraw money from an ATM at the Hot Spot on Henry Street in the city of Spartanburg and followed them to the residence on Draymont Drive. One suspect kept one of the victims inside the vehicle while the second suspect took the other victim toward the front door of the residence. For a reason yet to be determined the suspect with the victim in the vehicle shot the victim multiple times. The other victim produced a handgun and began to shoot at the two suspects who then fled the scene on foot. One of the suspects ended up in the yard of a residence on Archer Road. The homeowner confronted the suspect while armed with a shotgun. The suspect charged at the homeowner who struck the suspect with the butt of the shotgun. The suspect fell backwards and charged at the homeowner again only to be struck by the homeowner with the barrel of the shotgun. The suspect was detained until deputies arrived.

The second suspect was located nearby by deputies and taken into custody. Both suspects were suffering from gunshot wounds and were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The wounded victim was also transported to a local hospital as well. All the individuals remain in the hospital at this time. In keeping with current HIPPA laws we are not able to comment on their medical conditions. Investigators are looking for the third suspect, Letoshman Bobo. Mr. Bobo was on the scene and the driver of the vehicle that the other two suspects planned to make their getaway in.  At this point in this ongoing investigation we have not found any link between any of the suspects or the victims. We have not been able to get an accurate description of the vehicle Mr. Letoshman Bobo was driving. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Letoshman Bobo is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 1.888.CRIME.SC.
