07/26/2015 - Investigators file charges in homicide, One suspect still at large

At approximately 1:30 a.m. this morning, Spartanburg County deputies responded to a shooting in front of 1066 Howard St., in Spartanburg County.  A fight broke out at a residence and shots were fired.  When deputies arrived at the scene, they found one subject deceased on the side of Howard Street. Shortly after, two more subjects with gunshot wounds arrived by personal vehicles at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Two suspects have been identified and one is in custody.

Felshunti Clark turned himself and was charged with :

2 counts of Assault and Battery by Mob 2nd Degree (resulting in serious bodily injury), and 1 count of Assault and Battery by Mob 1st Degree (resulting in death)

Holmes Andrew Simpson-Davis is still at large and has been charged with: 

2 counts of Attempted Murder and 1 count of Murder
