7/31/2014 - Investigators make arrest in Armed Robbery Case, still searching for more suspects

The Violent Crimes Investigators of the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office have made an arrest in an Armed Robbery incident that occurred yesterday, July 30, 2014, at approx. 3:30 PM at 3159 Longbow Dr. in the Cedar Springs area. Aaron McMahan, B/M, 1106 Union St., Spartanburg, SC, 29306, is in custody and charged with Accessory Before the Fact of a Felony.

     The investigation has also revealed a second suspect, who is still at large. He is Bradley Rashad Jefferson, B/M, 119 Celestial St., Spartanburg, SC, 29306. Jefferson is charged with Armed Robbery and is also wanted on a General Sessions bench warrant for Failure to Appear for the offense of Criminal Domestic Violence – Second Offense.

     The investigation continues in an attempt to identify the third W/M suspect.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and receive a cash reward if their information leads to the location of Jefferson and the identification of the third W/M suspect.
